What we process and why

We process the name, email address, organisation and message you send through the contact form only to answer your request and, if needed, prepare a proposal. The legal bases are steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest.

Sharing

Your data is not shared with third parties other than the email and hosting providers we use to deliver the form. Their servers may be located outside Türkiye or the EU; such transfers are made with appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Correspondence about your request is kept for no more than two years after the request is closed, then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask whether we process your data, and request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or object to processing. Write to info@everva.com.tr.

This site uses no cookies other than those strictly necessary for it to work, and does not track visitors.
