NewOptiway: shift-based route optimisation for staff shuttles
Our product · Staff shuttles

Every shift, on the optimal route.

Optiway turns thousands of home addresses into the shortest shift-based shuttle routes in seconds. Drivers see the stop order; staff see their pick-up time.

How it works

Not just a routing engine: a system from address to vehicle.

  1. Address

    Staff addresses are geocoded.

  2. Clustering

Thousands of riders are grouped into loads a single vehicle can carry.

  3. Optimisation

The shortest stop sequence for each group.

  4. Routing

On the real road network, on our own routing server.

  5. Vehicle assignment

Vehicles and drivers matched by capacity.

Features

From planning to the road, one platform.

Optimisation at scale

Balanced trips and shorter total distance; more than 3,000 riders in one account.

Shift-based planning

Morning, evening, night and weekend shifts, with district-level visibility.

Same-day re-planning

When a shift moves, the route is rebuilt and the driver sees the new order.

Live tracking

Live GPS tracking with an arrival estimate for every stop.

Driver and rider apps

Native iOS and Android apps with QR boarding and attendance.

Multi-site

Role-based access, data separation between sites, cost reports.

Security and data

Enterprise-grade by default.

  1. GDPR and KVKK

Staff addresses are personal data, and are stored and processed as such.

  2. Our own routing server

No dependency on pay-per-query external map services.

  3. Versioned rules

Shift, capacity and assignment rules are managed in the dashboard, with full history.

  4. Audit log

Who changed what, and when, is always recorded. Self-hosting available on request.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is Optiway?

Optiway is staff shuttle route optimisation software built by Everva. It computes the shortest shift-based shuttle routes from thousands of home addresses in seconds; drivers see the stop order and staff see their pickup time.

How does Optiway work?

Staff addresses are geocoded, riders are grouped into vehicle-sized clusters and the shortest stop order is found for each group. Routes are computed on the real road network on our own routing server, then vehicles and drivers are assigned by capacity.

What happens when a shift changes?

The route is recalculated during the day and the driver sees the new order in the app. Morning, evening, night and weekend shifts are planned separately.

How many riders can Optiway plan?

More than 3,000 riders in a single run. Multi-site businesses get role-based access, data separation between sites and cost reports.

Are there mobile apps for drivers and staff?

Yes. In the native iOS and Android apps drivers see stop order and directions and staff see when the shuttle arrives; boarding and attendance use QR codes. Vehicles are tracked live by GPS with arrival estimates for every stop.

Is Optiway KVKK and GDPR compliant?

Yes. Staff addresses are stored and processed as personal data. Routing runs on our own routing server, with no dependency on pay-per-query external map services. Every change is recorded in an audit log, and the system can run on your own servers if required.
